Aurumin sells Dimer iron ore rights to MinRes
Australian miner Aurumin is selling the iron ore rights on four of its Mt Dimer exploration tenements to Mineral Resources (MinRes), Kallanish notes.
Aurumin says in a statement that the firm has executed a binding term sheet with Polaris Metals, a subsidiary of MinRes, for the sale.
The Mt Dimer exploration tenements are located approximately 120km north-east of Southern Cross, and proximal to MinRes’ Carina iron ore mine.
