Australian Pacific Coal targets mid-2024 Dartbrook production
Miner Australian Pacific Coal is accelerating work to restart the Dartbrook coal mine in New South Wales, targeting production in mid-2024, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that following the execution of a three-year $60 million debt facility in January with Vitol Asia, the firm has commenced draw-downs from the debt facility in line with forecast restart expenditure. As at 8 March 2023, the joint venture has AUD 29 million ($19m) of available cash.
