Avtovaz announces blocking of payments by foreign banks
The tightening of the restrictions against Russian carmaker Avtovaz, after it was included in the US sanctions lists in September, led to the blocking of payments to the company by foreign banks, says company president Maxim Sokolov at parliamentary hearings in the Federation Council.
