Bahrain’s Sulb contracts SMS for EAF, caster revamp
Bahrain’s Sulb Company has commissioned SMS to revamp its 130-tonne electric arc furnace, as well as the four-strand continuous caster for the production of billet and beam blanks. This will increase safety, and enhance efficiency and productivity. Commissioning is planned for 2024, Kallanish notes.
