Baosteel, Baotou Steel to cooperate on seamless pipes
China’s Shanghai-headquartered Baosteel and Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel are planning to establish a joint venture to cooperate in the seamless steel pipe field, Kallanish notes. They expect to build a leading company in the sector, according to the exchange filing of Baotou Steel.
