Baosteel Desheng completes annealing/pickling line upgrade
Baosteel's Desheng steel plant in southern China's Fujian province completed the upgrade of its hot-rolling annealing pickling line last week, Kallanish notes. The steelmaker is now operating four pickling lines at its plant.
