Baosteel Zhanjiang gets ‘zero-carbon’ flats project approval
Baosteel Zhanjiang is set to receive the environmental approval for its ‘zero-carbon emission’ electric arc furnace-based flats project, nearly 15 months after the announcement of the plan, Kallanish notes.
