Baowu and HBIS cooperate on scrap steel project
China’s Baowu Group subsidiary Ouyeel Lianjin and HBIS Handan Steel held a project kick-off ceremony for their Renewable Metal Resources Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park on 5 January. The project is located in Ci County, Hebei Province in northern China.
The two parties said that they will build the largest scrap processing and trading centre in the south of North China. The specific processing capacity has not been disclosed, Kallanish understands.…
