Baowu breaks 100mt steel output in 2020
Chinese steel giant Baowu Group reached 100 million tonnes of crude steel output so far in 2020 on 23 December, Kallanish notes.
At a celebration ceremony held by Baowu for this special number on Wednesday, the first chairman of Baosteel, Li Ming, issued the 100mt of steel production order by operating the group's new remote steelmaking system.
