Baowu establishes Baowu Zhongnan Steel
China Baowu Group held an establishment ceremony for new subsidiary Baowu Zhongnan Iron & Steel on 5 December. Meanwhile, the Guangzhou government has signed a cooperation contract with Baowu Group, Kallanish notes.
