Baowu pushes integration of steelmakers in Xinjiang
Tianshan United Steel will reach equity transfer agreements with Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Xinjiang and Shougang Yili, according to parent company Baowu’s Xinjiang Bayi Iron & Steel. It will also participate in the acquisition of steel plants that intend to dispose of assets, Kallanish notes.
