Baowu to promote listing of first-tier subsidiaries
China Baowu Group says it will promote the listing of all first-tier subsidiaries of the group in the next three years, except for those evaluated to have a special purpose, Kallanish notes. Companies that fail to achieve the goal will then be reorganised as subsidiaries of one of Baowu's listed companies.
