BHPB cuts coking coal guidance, prices remain flat
BHP Billiton has cut its guidance for coking coal output in the financial year ending June 2018 to 41-43 million tonnes. Any speculation over tighter-than-expected supply in the run-up to the seasonal recovery in Chinese steelmaking raw materials demand could be a boost for prices, Kallanish notes.
