Brazil reviews countervailing duties on Chinese stainless steel
Brazil has initiated an official review of countervailing duties on imports of cold-rolled stainless steel sheet, grades 200, 304, 410 and 430, originating from China. This is according to a document from the local foreign trade secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Industry (Secex/MDIC) monitored by Kallanish.
The process was begun following a complaint from the local supplier Aperam Inox América do Sul SA in July.
