CSN extends Volta Redonda blast furnace revamp period
Brazilian steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has extended the revamp period of blast furnace no.3 at its Volta Redonda plant, the company confirms in a note monitored by Kallanish. The maintenance of BF3 began on 28 June and was initially planned to be completed within 60-days.
