Brazil's flat steel exports dip in January
Brazil saw flat steel exports fall both month-on-month and year-on-year in January, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report, exports of carbon flat-rolled plated and coated steel reached just 9,885 tonnes in January, a fall of 32,115t on the previous month and also 82.4% lower on-year.
