Brazil's March steel exports surge, imports remain high
Brazilian steel exports grew in March. Shipments abroad surpassed 1 million tonnes for the first time since January 2020, according to data from local steelmakers’ association Instituto Aço Brasil (IAB) monitored by Kallanish. Imports also remained high during the month.
