Brazil’s November crude steel output rises
Brazil’s crude steel output increased in November, while finished products were weaker month-on-month, Kallanish notes.
Local steelmakers association Instituto Aço Brasil's (IAB) latest report shows that Brazil’s monthly crude steel output was 2.73 million tonnes, up 2.8% from October and 3.8% higher year-on-year. Eleven-month production was 7.1% weaker on-year at 29.3mt.
