Brazil's October flats exports rise, except coated
Brazil’s carbon non-coated and alloy flat steel shipments moved up in October, while coated shipments decreased, Kallanish notes. The country continued to have a negative trade balance in the first ten months, with imports generally decreasing month-on-month in October.
