Samarco names new ceo
Brazilian iron ore miner and pellet producer Samarco has appointed the current director of Operations and Projects, Rodrigo Alvarenga Vilela, as its new chief executive officer, Kallanish learns from the company. Vilela succeeds Roberto Lúcio Nunes de Carvalho who leaves after 32 years in the company. The new ceo takes charge as from 28 March 2018.
