Canadian tribunal finds dumping of Russian, Omani rebar
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has found evidence of dumping regarding rebar imports from Russia and Oman, Kallanish understands.
Despite this finding, the tribunal believes the dumping has not yet caused injury, but threatens to cause future injury to Canada's domestic industry.
