Capital International Investors reduces shareholding in Gerdau
Brazilian steelmaker Gerdau says that shareholder Capital International Investors (CII) has reduced its stake in the company by 9.1%.
“Gerdau was made aware that CII decreased the number of preferred shares by 14,517,458 and now manages a total of 160,073,007, representing 13.97% of this class of share,” says Gerdau in a note sent to Kallanish.
