Cevital adds Klesch Italian mill to shopping list, sources say
Algeria’s Cevital is reportedly interested in the acquisition of the Leali Steel mill based in Trento and controlled by the Klesch Group, Kallanish learns from sources close to the company. Cevital, which purchases some of its semis from the Klesch-owned Italian company, is currently evaluating the possibility of making a move for Leali by the end of the year, sources say.
