Changes made at top management of Georgsmarienhütte
Frank Koch has stepped down as chaiman of the management of Germany’s Georgsmarienhütte Holding to pursue another position in the steel industry, Kallanish is told by a spokesman for the group.
Koch’s contract expires at the end of next year, but a separation was agreed now to avoid a conflict of interest, the spokesman adds. Owner Jürgen Grossmann and the supervisory board thank him for his sustained committment, they say in a statement. Koc…
