China plans electricity reforms to reduce cost
China plans to extend reforms to its electricity sector nationwide in 2017, Zhang Manying price department inspector of the National Development and Reform Commission said on 29 March. The reform is expected to cut China’s high industrial electricity cost, Kallanish notes.
