China's MPI expects steel output, demand decline
The China Metallurgical Industry Planning and Research Institute (MPI) released its latest steel forecasts during the "China and Global Steel Demand Forecast Research Results & Steel Enterprise Competitiveness Rating Conference" in Beijing on 10 December.
