China officially releases 2018-2019 winter restrictions for Jingjinji
The Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment has recently issued a document that officially clarifies the winter limitations on steel production for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei (Jingjinji) and the surrounding areas during winter 2018-2019. The content of the official document is consistent with the previous draft copy, and the fixed limits on production have been eliminated, Kallanish notes.
