China signs Philippine stainless steelworks MoU

Global Ferronickel Holdings (FNI) has signed a memorandum of understanding with China’s Baiyin Nonferrous Group which could eventually lead to the construction of a 1 million tonnes/year stainless steel plant in the Philippines.
