China's Hegang takes over Zelezara Smederevo
Chinese steel major Hebei Iron and Steel (Hegang) has, through its Hesteel Iron & Steel Serbia subsidiary, officially taken over the management and ownership of Zelezara Smederevo, the Serbian steelmaker says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
