Major Chinese flat steel producers have announced their May ex-works offers, with only a few products seeing offers change. Eastern China's Baosteel, central Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) and northeastern Anshan Iron & Steel announced unchanged May hot rolled coil offers after slight increases in April (see table below), Kallanish notes.
