Chinese longs offers decrease, Shagang holds prices
Major Chinese long steelmakers Zenith, Yonggang and Hegang have all announced a decrease in long steel offers for late-August. Shagang meanwhile hopes to stabilize market sentiment by holding its prices unchanged, Kallanish notes.
