Chinese steel mills lift construction steel prices
Most major Chinese steel companies have increased their mid-October construction steel ex-works prices by CNY 30-200/tonne ($4.55-30.37/t). Although some mills had cut longs' prices by CNY 20-30/t on 11 October, some had already reversed the decline by 13 October, Kallanish notes.
