Chinese steelmakers to auction steel capacity
Xinan Stainless Steel began auctioning off its equipment and steel production capacity on 22 October 2018, shortly after its bankruptcy was announced. Later in November, Tangshan Songting Steel also plans to auction 540,000 tonnes/year of ironmaking capacity, Kallanish notes.
