Chinese steelmakers hold or lower construction steel prices
Most Chinese steel companies have decreased their late October construction steel offers by CNY 20-60/tonne ($3.02-9.07/t), while some held list prices flat from the previous ten-day period. There continue to be short-term price fluctuations, however, and some mills were fighting the downtrend.
