Chinese steelmakers lost CNY 53.1 billion over Jan-Nov
China’s steel makers recorded total net losses of CNY 53.1 billion ($8.18 billion) over January-November 2015, according to the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA). The figure is hardly a surprise to China watchers and sets the mood at rock bottom entering 2016, Kallanish notes.
