CMS sells ferroalloy smelting business for $120m
Malaysia-based building materials manufacturer Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) is disposing of its entire 25% stake in OM Material (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (OM Sarawak) and OM Materials (Samalaju) Sdn Bhd (OM Samalaju) to OM Materials (S) Pte Ltd (OMS), a subsidiary of Australia and Malaysia-listed mining firm OM Holdings Limited (OMH), for $120 million cash, Kallanish notes.
