Cokal sells BBM metallurgical coal to local smelter
Australian coal miner Cokal has sold 8,000 tonnes of metallurgical coal from its Bumi Barito Mineral (BBM) project located in the Central Kalimantan Province of Indonesia, to a local Indonesian smelter in Morowali, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that it is selling coking coal mined from BBM Seam J at a price based on the cif Taboneo Anchorage price.
Two 250ft barges will transport coal to the Taboneo anchorage from Cokal’s Batu Tuhup Jetty.
