Coking coal slips with fewer market participants
Australian fob coking coal prices fell during the week ended 29 December as most participants stayed on the sidelines amid holidays.
Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $316.68/tonne fob Australia, down $7.77/t from $324.45/t fob the previous week.
On the Singapore Exchange, Premium Coking Coal Futures for January settled at $323/t fob on Friday, also down $1/t from $322/t fob a weak earlier.
