Colorado Senate passes major drilling legislation
The Colorado Senate Wednesday gave final approval to sweeping changes to the state’s laws governing its $32 billion oil and natural gas industry, Kallanish reports.
The Senate concurred with a dozen amendments that had been added last week in the Colorado House. Those amendments triggered the additional Senate vote on Senate Bill 181. The final vote was 19 to 16.
