Commerce finalises HR flats sunset reviews
The US Department of Commerce has wrapped up its expedited sunset reviews of antidumping and countervailing duties on hot rolled steel flat products from a handful of countries.
The agency determined that revoking the AD duties on imports from seven countries would be likely to reoccur at the following margins: Australia at 29.58%, Brazil at 34.28%, Japan at 11.7%, South Korea at 11.1%, the Netherlands at 3.73%, Turkey at 24.32%, and the United Kingdom at 33.06%.
