Commerce gives final decision in Brazilian CR review
The US Department of Commerce has set the countervailable subsidy rates that would be likely to persist if the countervailing duty order on cold rolled sheet imports from Brazil were allowed to expire.
In the final results of an expedited sunset review, Commerce determined subsidy rates of 11.31% for Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN), 11.09% for Usinas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais (Usiminas), and 11.2% for all other companies.
