Commerce issues initial CVD decision in OCTG case
The US Department of Commerce has issued preliminary countervailing duty determinations in a trade case investigating OCTG imports from South Korea and Russia.
Based upon a review of the 2020 calendar year, Commerce has initially determined that South Korean companies have not been provided countervailable government subsidies.
