Commerce issues preliminary findings in OCTG dumping investigation

The Department of Commerce has made a preliminary determination on the sale of some oil country tubular goods from Russia made below market price, Kallanish learns. During the investigation period of 1 October, 2020, through 30 September, 2021, Commerce found several entities suspected of dumping OCTG products.
