Commerce issues results of stainless plate sunset review
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its expedited sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel coiled plate from South Africa, according to a Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish.
Allowing the CVD order to expire would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of subsidies at 3.95%, Commerce found.
