Commerce launches probe of unfairly traded OCTG imports
The US Department of Commerce has officially begun investigating the alleged dumping and subsidisation of OCTG imports from a handful of countries, Kallanish reports. The case was filed in early October by US petitioners Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US, PTC Liberty Tubulars, US Steel Tubular Products, the United Steelworkers union, AFL-CIO, and Welded Tube USA.
