Commerce publishes preliminary CVD results for Indian flanges
The US Department of Commerce has published the preliminary results of its countervailing duty investigation into imports of Indian steel flanges during 2021, Kallanish reports.
The department has preliminarily assigned subsidy rates of 2.98% and 3.20% to the Indian steel flange producers Norma and R.N. Gupta & Co., respectively. A subsidy rate of 3.09% was arrived at for Indian companies not selected for individual review.
