Commerce rescinds countervailing review of Chinese wind towers
The US Department of Commerce has rescinded its review of a countervailing duty order placed on imports of utility-scale wind towers from China.
Commerce retracted its investigative review due to the fact that there were no reviewable entries of utility-scale wind towers, Kallanish learns from a notice published in the Federal Register by the International Trade Administration. The period of review covered the full year of 2022.
