Commerce rescinds Indian threaded rod countervailing investigation
The US Department of Commerce is rescinding its administrative review of a countervailing duty order placed on imports of threaded steel rod from India. This decision follows the withdrawal of all review requests against Indian producers/exporters, Kallanish notes. All interested parties withdrew their investigation requests within 90 days of the initiation of this review.
