Commerce rules on cold-rolled dumping case
The Department of Commerce has preliminarily found seven countries guilty of dumping cold-rolled flat products into the US, Kallanish understands.
In the course of investigating a trade case initiated by a coalition of five domestic producers, the department found evidence of dumping from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, Russia and the United Kingdom.
