Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém shipments decease in 2022
Brazilian slab producer Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (CSP) saw its shipments decrease both on-month and year-on-year in December. Full-year 2022 exports also remained weaker than 2021, Kallanish learns from data issued by the local port authority.
According to port authority data, shipments reached 159,035 tonnes in December, down 35.9% compared to the previous month and 50,175t less year-on-year.
